Sourdough Cabin: $134/night for 2 guests

Winter (Oct 1-Apr 30)

Grande Cabin: Weekday $160/night for 4 guests

Weekend (Fri & Sat) or Holiday $170/night for 4 guests

Sourdough Cabin: Weekday $95/night for 2 guests

Weekend (Fri & Sat) or Holiday $105/night for 2 guests

Pet Policy

1-2 Dogs per cabin are allowed with host approval and a fee of $20/day. The following must be followed:

1. They must not be aggressive to others.
2. They must not be left unattended in the cabin.
3. They must not get on the furniture, including the bed.
4. Dog’s waste must be picked up.

Guest checking in and making reservation must be 21 of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by someone over 21 during the stay. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the stay.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.  The reservation is not confirmed until this deposit is made.

For reservations arriving between May 1 - September 30:  If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more before your arrival date, your 50% deposit minus 3% will be returned to the credit card on file. Cancelling less than 14 days prior to arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the stay.

 For reservations arriving between October 1 - April 30:  If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before your arrival date, your 50% deposit minus 3% will be returned to the credit card on file. Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the stay.

 All reservations: The remaining balance of the reservation will be collected using the credit card on file 48 hours before your arrival date. Guests who do not show up or do not cancel within 48 hours of arrival date will incur the full cost of the reservation.

Smoking Policy

All cabins are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the grounds. All butts, matches, and any garbage generated from smoking must be placed in the ash bin located on the deck of your cabin.

A $125 cleaning fee will be charged if your cabin smells of smoke.
